Candidate FAQ

  • It depends on the position—sometimes it can be as fast as 1.5 weeks, other times it takes up to 4 weeks. We generally believe in quick selection and decision-making processes and move as fast as we can.

  • Besides the HR and tech interview, you might be asked to work on a take-home assignment. This is especially helpful, as it allows the hiring manager to see your practical skills in action. Depending on the position, the take-home task might take either a couple of hours (2 to 3) or a full working day (in which case we also pay for it).

  • We can only provide employment for candidates located in Israel. With candidates located in other countries we can collaborate on a freelance basis. As such, the payment of taxes, health and social insurance, etc. will fall under the freelancers’ responsibility and will not be handled by rounds.

  • Absolutely! You can sign the contract with us as an individual person or as a company—your choice!

  • We place a high value on offering a great candidate experience. Therefore we strive to always give feedback to the candidates that apply to our positions, regardless of whether their application is successful or not.

  • Unless clearly specified otherwise in the job description, all our roles are full-time, 5 days/week (either Sunday to Thursday, for Israeli team members, or Monday to Friday, for team members located in other countries).

  • As we expect all our team members to overlap with their respective teams for 3 to 4 hours per day, we do have a time zone restriction in place: GMT+0/GMT+4. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot consider candidates that are located in a different time zone.

  • While we do respect the hard work that goes into earning a degree, we generally do not require one for our open positions. Instead, we value the experience and, above all, the practical skills that the candidates demonstrate throughout the recruitment and selection process.
